Wenatchee Valley Environmental Film Series continues February 16
The Wenatchee Valley Environmental Film Series will present two 30-minute films that explore issues around water quality and quantity on Tuesday, February 16, at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. The program will begin at 7:00pm. A donation of $5.00 is suggested.

The 2007 documentary “King Corn” will be screened at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center, 127 S. Mission, Wenatchee.

Brenda Abney, director of the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center, accepted the Washington Art Education Association’s 2009 Distinguished Service Award in Tacoma on Oct. 9.
Abney and the museum staff were nominated by Wenatchee High School art instructor Don Collins for the prestigious award.
