He said his plan was to create an office where clients could get multiple services at the same location. Sturtz purchased the building in 2005.
Former tenants Todd and Sharon Petit relocated their tax preparation and financial planning business to 640-B Valley Mall Parkway, and renamed it Eastmont Tax Service. The office is next to the Eastmont Pharmacy.
Todd Petit is also an IRS enrolled agent and prepares tax returns. Sharon Petit is a certified financial planner.
Their new office is located in the rear of the building where Odd Hours Books was located.
Odd Hours Books moved to 132 Eastmont Ave. in December 2007. That space is now occupied by Gabby’s Bridal Store, which opened this fall.
