El Ranchito, 307 Ferry St., Wenatchee; Sergio Ontiveros and Ibeth Zauala applied to assume the license to sell beer and wine in the grocery store from Enrique Cantu, doing business as El Ranchito. (License number: 084968; notification date: Oct. 19)
